Fieldwork Research is operated by Artemis (helloartemis.com). Here's what this site collects, why, and your choices — in plain English.

What this site collects

Nothing, directly. This site has no forms, no login, no analytics, and it sets no cookies.

Like any web page, our hosting provider (Firebase) logs standard request data for every visit — IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamp — for security and reliability. We don't use it for anything else.

About our emails

If we emailed you, your business contact information came from a public license or certification registry — for example, a state list of certified backflow testers. We keep track of the conversation so we don't repeat ourselves or write to people who've asked us to stop. Reply to any email and ask, and we'll stop writing — that's honored right away.

Who processes it

Firebase (Google) hosts this page and generates the request logs above. The fonts on this page load from Supabase's content network, which sees the same standard request data (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) when your browser fetches them.

Our email conversations run through Artemis's systems together with the services Artemis uses to run them: AgentMail provides the mailboxes, and outside writing services help draft and sort messages. Each sees only what it needs to handle the conversation.

Your choices

To stop hearing from us, reply to any of our emails and say so. For questions about this page or your information, email legal@helloartemis.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. This site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
